Ordering FAQs How do I place an order? 1.) You may order online using the e-commerce store, and pay via Visa or MasterCard directly online. (The site is secure; you will notice the web address change from http: to httpS: meaning "Secure" when it asks for payment information.) 2.) You may browse online, put items in your shopping cart and then print the shopping cart page and send a check or money order to us at Tasha Tudor and Family, Inc. PO Box 503, Marlboro, VT 05344. Please make checks payable to "Tasha Tudor and Family". Please check our postage rates (below) and add postage to your order total. 3.) You may browse online, write out your order and submit it to us via telephone, fax or mail. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ section for this information. How do I cancel my order/item? Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. To cancel an order, please send an email through the “Contact Us” section of this website. Be sure to include the order number and write cancel in the subject line. What if an item is out of stock? We may not have all shown items available. If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to determine whether you would like to cancel the item or backorder it. We’ll advise you as to when you might expect to receive the out-of-stock item. Pricing information In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Tasha Tudor and Family Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Prices subject to change. Order Acceptance Policy We reserve the right to refuse any order or special request. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tasha Tudor and Family Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Will you send me a catalog? We do not currently publish a paper catalog. Most everything we have for sale can be found on this website. Will I be charged sales tax? We shall automatically charge 6% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Vermont. Orders shipped outside Vermont are not currently subject to sales tax. Shipping FAQs Is there extra postage for large, heavy or bulky items? Large, heavy or bulky items may be more expensive than our standard postage rates. Please contact us for more information when ordering items like full size settle chairs or grandfather clocks. The descriptions for such items will typically mention any additional postage charges. Do you ship internationally? We ship internationally via International Express Mail. All payments must be received in U.S. funds. Please note that international orders are subject to your country's duties, taxes and fees. Please see international shipping rates below. Please note "Global Postage" in the "Customer Note" section of your order so we know you understand and accept the charges as shown below. When will my order ship? Orders generally ship within 3 business days. However, specialty items may take up to 14 days. Has my order shipped? You can check the status of your order by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of the page. Once you are in the "My Account" page you will see all your recent orders. On the right side of the orders, you will see it's status. Pending - Your payment is pending. This status is used when payment information was received, but the payment has not yet been processed. How do I track my order? Currently, only express items have tracking numbers. What are postage rates? All of our standard postage rates ship US Postal Service Priority Mail. Returns FAQsWhat is your return policy? If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please enclose your invoice, reason for return and carefully packed items in re-saleable condition and return within 30 days of order. We will refund the merchandise price. If we shipped you the wrong item or otherwise made an error, we'll also refund your return postage. What if my item is damaged? Thanks to our wonderful packing department, very few of our orders arrive damaged. If your order is one of the unlucky packages and your box looks damaged, try refusing receipt. If you’ve already accepted the shipment please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation. If you order insurance with your order (advisable on signed or rare items) then be sure to save all of the packaging and contact us to start the insurance claim.
